Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, call or text us, email us, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and anything else you choose to share. Clients also provide billing details, which are handled by our payment processor.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the website or ad that referred you.

Visitor identification. We do not currently use visitor identification technology (such as our VisitorIQ product) on our own website. If that changes, we will update this policy before we begin.

Calls and our AI receptionist

Calls to our main line, 864-477-6145, are answered by an AI receptionist. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your request, schedule appointments, and improve our service. By staying on the call, you consent to this recording. You can ask to speak with a member of our team at any time.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your permission, in any other case.

Data we handle for our clients

When we run AI systems, CRMs, ads, websites, VisitorIQ, or DataIQ for a client, we process their customers' and leads' information on that client's behalf and under their instructions. The client is responsible for its own privacy notices, for having proper consent to contact people, and for complying with laws such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly; we will help them respond.

DataIQ data is compiled from licensed third-party sources, public records, and other lawful sources, and is licensed to clients for their own marketing only. Contacts from VisitorIQ and DataIQ may not be texted or called with automated systems without proper consent.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep proper business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
